- Expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

- Experienced in accessing and manipulating databases with SQL.

- Experienced in web & graphic design with Macromedia Dreamweaver & Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Publisher. Check out the websites I designed!

- Elementary knowledge of PC administration.

- Managed project documentation on 5 major projects that were concluded successfully and on time.
- Coordinated business processes according to legislation to include the processes of Slovenia becoming a member of EU.
- Developed and coordinated the company's help desk service.
